Whalar’s Sixteenth is hiring a Junior Talent Manager, Emerging Talent in London, hybrid. You’ll manage a roster of creators, help launch the Creator Incubator Programme with the Talent Director, and identify promising talent while onboarding 10-15 incubator creators in 2026. You’ll support brand positioning, content strategy and career development, negotiate opportunities, and nurture early relationships with creators, brands and partners. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in talent management or related fields, a solid grasp of the creator economy, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Provide concrete examples of spotting talent early and building partnerships, and show you thrive in a hybrid setup aligned with Whalar’s DEI values.

Sixteenth is looking for a Junior Talent Manager to support the growth of emerging Creator talent while helping shape and build our new Creator Incubator Programme.
This role is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about discovering the next generation of culturally relevant Creators early, building meaningful relationships with them, and helping guide their development before the wider market catches up. Alongside managing a small developing roster, you’ll work closely with the Talent Director to help launch and evolve a curated incubator-style programme for high-potential Creators who are not yet ready for full management, but who we believe have the potential to become category leaders.
The programme is designed to bring exciting emerging talent into the Sixteenth ecosystem through access, education, mentorship, community and strategic opportunities - creating genuine long-term value for Creators while building the future of our roster.
