Summerset is seeking a Kaitiaki for its Cambridge village to support the best possible lifestyle for Care Centre residents, with a focus on mobility support, mealtime care and recreation on a rotating roster from 1.30pm to 6.00pm. You’ll work in a close-knit, person-centred team, assisting with meals, guiding mobility therapy, providing emotional support and helping maintain a safe environment. Essential qualities include empathy, patience, resilience and teamwork; willingness to complete NZQA Dementia training is required, and aged care experience is welcome but not essential.
