The Kaitiaki role at Casebrook Village is a part time, on site position with Sunday and Monday shifts from 9.00am to 2.30pm, aimed at delivering the safest, healthiest and most enjoyable lifestyle for Care Centre residents through mobility support, mealtime care and person centred activities alongside Diversional and Recreational Therapists. You will maintain accurate progress notes and alert clinical staff to concerns while contributing to a warm, safe environment. Success comes from genuine empathy, patience, emotional resilience and teamwork, plus a willingness to complete NZQA dementia training; experience in aged care is helpful but not essential.
