The Key Account Director is responsible and held accountable, for all aspects of InterSystems existing clients business within the region. The incumbent is charged with developing and executing the strategy that should result in ongoing maintenance of a satisfied and stable installed customer base in collaboration with all other InterSystems regional and global teams.
InterSystems have been present in the Middle East for many years and a loyal customer base has been developed. The remit of the Key Account Director will be to take the region to the next level of development and the goal will be to:
- Developing an executing a strategy to ensure high customer satisfaction levels
- Identify cross selling opportunities within the existing customer base
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Account Managers with responsibilities for existing business primarily around InterSystems’ flagship Electronic Health Record System TrakCare and HealthShare
- Increase customer satisfaction levels in the installed base.
- Lead and drive the execution of account plans.
- Play a hands-on role in assisting the Account Managers with the development of key accounts.
- Forecasting and reporting.
- Coaching and mentoring.
- Direct the building of senior customer relationships

Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience in sales management
- Experience in enterprise-wide software solutions
- $5m+ deal size within Application / Solution Sales
- Experience managing complex / lengthy sales cycles
- Private Sector sales experience in the GCC
- Track record of over performance against quota
- Direct End User experience
- Demonstrable leadership skills
- Strong Presentation skills
- Degree Qualified
