As Business Unit AMSL Automotive Solutions & Lamps we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and Aftermarket. We are in a global leadership position in the automotive lamps business in traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in LED lighting to global OEM customers (e.g. with exchangeable LED light sources). We also tackle new growth opportunities in the Aftermarket with our automotive care and equipment portfolio.

Your new responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans, including the identification and expansion of channel partners across the region
  • Regularly visit customers to promote existing and new products, providing technical support, product training, and point-of-sale initiatives
  • Achieve annual and quarterly sales targets by delivering accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts, prioritising sales activities, and driving volume growth and account penetration
  • Participate in the annual negotiations on AFTM customers, cooperating with other departments, such as Pricing, Legal, Operations, Product Management etc.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key AFTM accounts at the local level
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis, with a strong focus on identifying trends, risks, and new business opportunities
  • Partner with Marketing team to develop and implement advertising, PR, and communication plans that strengthen sales performance and enhance brand awareness
  • Provide ongoing technical support and training to both new and existing clients and partners
  • Drive successful execution of new product launches within the market

Who we are looking for


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven commercial sales experience, ideally within the aftermarket (AFTM) spare parts and/or AM lighting industry
  • Strong understanding of the aftermarket landscape, including customer structures and distribution channels
  • Demonstrated experience in Key Account Management, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Excellent sales skills, including negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in key business tools, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, BW, and Salesforce
  • Proficiency in English, Arabic and/or an additional regional language (e.g., Turkish) is an advantage
