Your new role
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to healthcare professionals across your assigned territory, engaging specialist stakeholders through scientific dialogue and tailored account management. You will be responsible for driving the adoption of Novo Nordisk therapies, identifying new business opportunities, and elevating standards of care for patients with cardiometabolic diseases. Working cross‑functionally, you will combine scientific expertise, analytical thinking, and strong relationship‑building skills to deliver impactful commercial results while upholding the company’s high ethical standards.

Your skills & qualifications
Educational background in a relevant field such as science, healthcare, business, or management (or comparable professional experience).
Fluency in German and English is required; additional European languages like French are a plus.
3–5 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally with exposure to complex products or services and interaction with professional stakeholders (e.g., in regulated or technical industries).
