We are looking for a

Key Account Manager (KAM) Switzerland – Deutschschweiz & Tessin

The Role

Reporting to the National Sales Manager Switzerland, the Key Account Manager is responsible for driving both new business acquisition and the development of an existing customer portfolio (50/50 split).

This role focuses on introducing and establishing Nordberg Medical as a premium partner within high-end medical aesthetic clinics across German-speaking part of Switzerland and Ticino. The KAM will actively identify, acquire, and convert new customers while strategically growing and retaining existing accounts through a consultative, value-driven approach.

As a field-based commercial leader, you will combine strong sales execution with clinical credibility to position JULÄINE™ as a premium solution and build long-term partnerships with leading practitioners

Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

New Business Development

  • Proactively identify, target, and acquire high-potential aesthetic clinics and KOLs
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through structured prospecting and territory planning
  • Convert prospects into long-term partners through compelling product demonstrations and value propositions
  • Position Nordberg Medical as a premium and differentiated provider in a competitive market

Account Management & Growth

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow existing customers
  • Drive product adoption, utilization, and long-term loyalty
  • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Deliver tailored support and BD to maximize outcomes with JULÄINE™

Sales Performance & Territory Ownership

  • Take full ownership of territory performance, including revenue, pipeline, and account development
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through disciplined execution
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategy
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting and KPI tracking to drive performance

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Market Development

  • Act as a key interface between Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
  • Partner closely with Medical Affairs to identify, develop, and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and product advocates
  • Provide structured feedback from the field to help shape commercial strategies, marketing initiatives, and product positioning
  • Collaborate on the execution of educational events, trainings, and scientific activities to strengthen brand credibility
  • Contribute proactively to the development of the Swiss market by sharing insights, best practices, and opportunities for growth

What you bring to this role

We are looking for a highly driven sales professional with a strong track record in medical aesthetics or specialty healthcare sales.

  • Proven success in both new business acquisition and account development
  • Experience selling premium products to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, or aesthetic physicians
  • A strong commercial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a field-based role
  • High level of resilience, persistence, and adaptability in a competitive environment
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence KOLs
  • A consultative sales approach, combining clinical understanding with business acumen
  • Fluency in German and English is required, fluency in Italian is preferred
  • Flexibility to travel for business (up to 50%)
