About the Role
The Key Account Manager is responsible for generating revenue growth and profitability by selling Pharmacy Automation products, solutions, and services within the United Arab Emirates. He/she will be responsible for managing Dubai as a region.
The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, developing customer relationships, managing accounts, and delivering sales objectives while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
Identify business opportunities for Pharmacy Automation product and relevant stakeholders within assigned accounts and territories.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and solution-design teams to develop customer opportunities.
Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with regional sales strategies.
Achieve agreed annual sales, revenue, and growth targets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers
Manage complex multi-account agreements and negotiations
Convert sales opportunities into profitable business outcomes.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM records.
Collaborate across functions to deliver customer solutions and business growth.
About You
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience with demonstrated career progression.
Experience in key account management.
Experience working in a multinational environment is preferred.
Proven success in solution selling and managing complex sales cycles.
Strong commercial and business acumen.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in territory planning and account management.
Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Willingness to travel approximately 50-70% of the time.
