Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and engage children in a variety of fun, age-appropriate activities and games.

  • Plan, organize, and lead creative, educational, and recreational programs for kids, including arts & crafts, team sports, and themed events.

  • Ensure a safe and welcoming environment, monitoring the behavior and well-being of all guests in the Kids Club areas.

  • Foster positive interactions, creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for young guests.

  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on activities and addressing any concerns.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club areas, including playrooms, game zones, and recreational spaces.

  • Ensure all safety and emergency protocols are followed, including monitoring of the resort’s pool and outdoor areas.

  • Assist with organizing special events or themed parties for children and teens.

  • Provide excellent customer service, upholding the hotel’s reputation for luxury and quality service.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with children in a recreational, childcare, or hospitality setting (preferred, especially in a resort or luxury hotel).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage children, and parents.

  • Energetic, creative, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for young guests.

  • Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong commitment to safety and guest satisfaction.

  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
