YMCA Victoria is seeking a Kitchen Assistant for Camp Manyung in Mount Eliza. This full-time onsite role supports the catering team to fuel campers with nutritious meals while upholding safety and inclusivity. Key duties include meal prep, assembling ingredients with care, and following food safety standards, all while living the Y values in every interaction. Shifts run Monday to Sunday with 7am-11am, 7am-2pm and 4:15pm-7:15pm. You don’t need to be a master chef; a proactive attitude, team spirit and commitment to a safe welcoming space matter most.
