Minor Hotels’ Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort is looking for a reliable casual Kitchen Attendant to support daily kitchen operations, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, assist with food preparation, and help with stock control and equipment care while consistently meeting safety standards. The ideal candidate will bring around 12 months of kitchen or hospitality experience, a friendly professional demeanor, clear communication, and the ability to work with urgency as part of a busy team; studying Commercial Cookery or a related course is desirable. Shifts run on a rotating Monday to Sunday roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, with weekend penalty rates. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all kitchen areas. The successful candidate will maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, assist with food preparation, and support the cooks in delivering high-quality meals to guests.

Saturday: $36.42 per hour
