As a Duty Manager, you’ll support Kmart store leaders across key in-store processes, helping drive efficiency & operational excellence. Supporting management strong presentation standards across the store. Contributing to the successful closing of the store, ensuring all end-of-trade tasks are completed accurately and safely.
