Mandatory qualifications include an IT degree or diploma, hardware troubleshooting, Windows and Office proficiency, TCP/IP knowledge, and strong problem solving and communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team. Preferred: CompTIA A+ or IT support certs, ticketing and asset management experience, exposure to AD and Microsoft 365. We are hiring an L1 Hardware Technician to support our internal IT and infrastructure needs.

Role Requirements:

The ideal candidate should be an all-rounder with hands-on experience across the following areas:

  • CCTV Camera installation, configuration & troubleshooting
  • Networking (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, gateways)
  • Laptop & desktop hardware repair and maintenance
  • Mobile phone troubleshooting- Printer & scanner setup and support
  • Structured cabling & trunk/patch management
  • Internet connectivity issues & ISP coordination
  • General IT infrastructure support

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CompTIA A+, IT Support, or similar certifications.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and IT asset management tools.
  • Exposure to Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or endpoint management solutions.
