Role Requirements:
The ideal candidate should be an
all-rounder with hands-on experience across the following areas:

CCTV Camera installation, configuration &
troubleshooting

Networking (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, gateways)

Laptop & desktop hardware repair and maintenance
-
Mobile phone troubleshooting- Printer & scanner
setup and support

Structured cabling & trunk/patch management
-
Internet connectivity issues & ISP coordination
-
General IT infrastructure support
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications:

Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in
Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.

Good understanding of computer hardware components
and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with Windows operating systems and
Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN,
Wi-Fi).

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:

CompTIA A+, IT Support, or similar certifications.

Experience with ticketing systems and IT asset
management tools.

Exposure to Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or
endpoint management solutions.
