What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Get hands-on experience by helping set up and modify our hydraulic test stands for a variety of products.
  • Learn directly from our experts how to run hydraulic tests, collect critical data, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment by supporting our 5S initiatives and helping to keep the lab organized.
  • Play a part in the future of our lab by assisting with the build-out of new test stands and equipment.
  • Help create and maintain important documentation for test procedures, learning the importance of precision and detail in an engineering setting.

What We're Looking For

 

  • You are currently pursuing or have recently completed an Associate's degree in a technical field like Fluid Power or a related program.
  • A solid foundational knowledge of hydraulics and hydraulic systems.
  • A strong hands-on mechanical aptitude and a natural curiosity for troubleshooting and solving problems.
  • An eagerness to learn quickly, take initiative, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Must be within commutable distance to the work location and able to work in the US without sponsorship.

The range for this position is $19-24/hr. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
