Cascades is seeking a Production Helper in Wagram, NC to join a full-time onsite team focused on safety, quality and environmental mindfulness. On the floor you’ll support operations, run and troubleshoot robotic equipment, and collaborate to ensure product quality and timely incident reporting. What you’ll do

As a Cascader, you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape. 
Your day-to-day:

• Helping out on the production floor
• Consistent training to run our new robotic machines
• Constant team work and trouble shooting
• Ensuring Quality in all products
• Reporting Incidents in a timely manner
• Communicating with team members and leaders to ensure product consistency
• Working safely while meeting production

Your strengths as a Cascader

You are a natural fit for this role if:

• You previously worked in a plant/manufacturing facility
• Have 1 year of troubleshooting skills
• A high school diploma
• Okay with working in a non temperature controlled environment
• Enjoys troubleshooting and problem solving
• Job consistency
• Enjoys working as a team
