The Impact You’ll Make
As a Laboratory Technician at Recursion, you will play a vital role in enabling the smooth and efficient operation of our laboratory. By supporting compound handling and ensuring that supplies, equipment, and workspaces are consistently maintained, your work will directly support both manual and automated experimental workflows. Through close collaboration with scientists and laboratory management, you will help ensure that our highly automated laboratory environment operates reliably, safely, and at pace.

The Team You’ll Join
You will be joining the Compound Management team, a collaborative group at the heart of our discovery engine. This team is responsible for the critical task of provisioning drug candidates and reagents for our R&D laboratories, working daily with state-of-the-art robotic platforms and laboratory automation.

This is a full-time onsite lab based position at our office located in Milton Park, Abingdon, UK. At Recursion, we believe that every employee should be compensated fairly. Based on the skill and level of experience required for this role, the estimated current annual base range for this role is £41,000 to £44,400. You will also be eligible for an annual bonus and equity compensation, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
