Ballantynes in Christchurch is seeking two part-time Ladies Shoes salespeople for the busy First Floor team. These roles (32 hours across Sunday Monday Thursday and Friday) or (11 hours Friday to Saturday) demand solid retail experience, a genuine interest in fashion, and a talent for one-on-one service, with stock presentation, product knowledge and a can-do attitude. You will attend product training, work well in a team, and happily support the wider Floor when needed. This is a busy department and as one of our salespeople, you will enjoy interacting with our customers, having the confidence to provide that one-on-one service to advise on the latest trends or show off your product knowledge. You will be adaptable, you will use your initiative to keep on top of tasks, ensuring your area is kept well-presented and stocked.
Attending product training sessions to expand your knowledge is key for success.
Having a good teamwork ethic along with the flexibility to work across the First Floor team is essential to assist the wider team when required. You will be working with an established team and embrace the positive culture that Ballantynes offers.
