Job Purpose

To drive measurable growth in the residential solar segment by leading business development efforts, maximizing revenue generation, improving conversion efficiency, and strengthening market presence through data-driven performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Ø Drive residential solar sales to achieve defined monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

Ø Generate and manage a qualified sales pipeline aligned with growth projections

Ø Improve lead-to-conversion ratios through structured follow-ups and customer engagement

Ø Conduct site assessments and client consultations to accelerate decision-making cycles

Ø Ensure timely preparation and submission of competitive proposals

Ø Collaborate cross-functionally to minimize sales-to-installation turnaround time

Ø Maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipeline forecasting

Ø Develop channel partnerships to expand customer acquisition reach

Ø Support marketing initiatives aimed at increasing lead volume and brand visibility

Ø Mentor team members to enhance productivity and performance consistency
