With accountability for contractor recruitment, supplier performance, governance compliance and workforce insights, you'll ensure our model operates efficiently, commercially and consistently while continually identifying opportunities to improve processes, elevate the hiring experience and maximise value from our supplier partnerships. This is a highly visible senior individual contributor role suited to a commercially minded workforce, vendor management or talent professional who thrives on influencing stakeholders, driving operational excellence and delivering meaningful business outcomes.
