Summary:
The Lead HSE Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) strategy across construction projects. The role ensures full compliance with UAE laws, international standards, and company HSE policies while driving a strong culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
Lead and manage HSE programs, policies, and site teams across multiple projects.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, ISO standards, and company safety requirements.
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and environmental monitoring.
Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Prepare HSE performance reports and ensure accurate documentation.
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and authorities to maintain safe site operations.
Promote sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement in HSE practices.

Experience:
