Your responsibilities
- Overall technical responsibility for Generator & Rotor manufacturing processes own
- Process development, qualification, and documentation for Generator & Turbine Rotor projects lead
- Manufacturing documentation and standards review, approve, and maintain
- Technical leadership, coaching, and support to engineering team members provide
- Initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) drive
- Root cause analysis (RCA/8D) support and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) lead
What you should bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Extensive knowledge of Generator & Rotor manufacturing technologies and products
- Strong experience in manufacturing, operations, or Rotor engineering environments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Deep understanding of Lean and continuous improvement methodologies
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong analytical, structured, and methodical working approach
