Your Role at a Glance

As Lead Product Designer, AI Experiences, you will shape how customers engage with our platform across the full product journey - from onboarding and core workflows to AI-powered guidance and decision-making. This role goes beyond interface design. You will help define how AI, automation, and connected product experiences can transform the way enterprise customers work with feedback and insights. Working at the intersection of product strategy, user behavior, systems thinking, and AI-native design, you will turn complex workflows into intuitive, high-impact experiences that build trust, drive adoption, and support long-term customer value. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer-facing teams to explore, prototype, validate, and continuously improve experiences across the platform. We are looking for a designer who thinks in systems, workflows, and customer outcomes - not just screens and interfaces.

This hybrid role can be based in Helsinki, Stockholm, or Rotterdam, with 2–3 days of office presence per week.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the end-to-end product experience across discovery, onboarding, workflows, AI-assisted interactions, and core platform journeys.

  • Define how AI and agentic experiences should behave within enterprise SaaS workflows, balancing usability, transparency, trust, and efficiency.

  • Translate customer problems, behavioral insights, and business priorities into intuitive product experiences and validated design hypotheses.

  • Drive product discovery together with Product Managers and Engineers through rapid prototyping, experimentation, and customer validation.

  • Design and prototype experiences using AI-native tooling (claude, lovable, replit, figma AI, etc) to accelerate iteration and decision-making.

  • Contribute to product strategy by identifying workflow friction, opportunity areas, and experience improvements that drive measurable business outcomes.

  • Run user research, customer interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to uncover customer needs and validate solutions.

  • Use product analytics and experimentation frameworks to continuously improve adoption, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.

  • Help unify multiple SaaS products into one coherent platform experience, including navigation patterns, interaction models, terminology, and design systems.

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to ensure experiences are technically feasible, scalable, and implemented with high quality.

  • Champion a modern, AI-native design culture focused on simplicity, experimentation, speed, and measurable customer value.

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in Product Design, UX, Product Experience, or related roles within SaaS or digital product companies.

  • Strong product thinking and ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive customer experiences.

  • Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineers in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.

  • Strong skills in product discovery, user research, behavioral analysis, and translating customer insights into validated product decisions.

  • Fluency with AI-enhanced design and prototyping workflows and Figma.

  • Experience using analytics and experimentation tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Optimizely, or similar platforms.

  • Understanding of AI-native interaction patterns, conversational interfaces, copilots, or workflow automation is a strong plus.

  • Ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities pragmatically.

  • Strong systems thinking and experience contributing to scalable UX patterns or design systems.

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, retail, banking, customer experience, or data-heavy products is highly valued.

What you can expect

  • An inclusive and supportive work environment where diversity and creativity are celebrated.

  • An environment where your ideas are valued, and you have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution from the start.

  • Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement within an international growing company.

  • No matter your role, whether you're just starting out or in a leadership position, we focus on the value you bring to the table. Creativity and impact are what matter most.
