Sony Music Entertainment’s Pub Admin team in London is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to guide a cross functional team and own architecture for a global rights and royalty platform. You’ll mentor junior engineers, collaborate with product management to translate client needs into scalable, low latency experiences, and help steer re architecture and technical design across systems. The ideal candidate brings 18+ years of software engineering, hands on Python and JavaScript, frontend experience with TypeScript, React and GraphQL, and a mix of databases and messaging tools (Neo4j, Kafka, MySQL, Snowflake, OpenSearch). AWS, microservices, REST and OAuth, plus solid data modeling and KPI driven delivery.
