As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Corporate Technology, you will guide the delivery of complex technology projects and programs that advance business goals. You will apply technical principles and innovative thinking to develop solutions while managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. You will use analytical reasoning and adaptability to navigate ambiguity and change, ensuring initiatives stay aligned with business objectives. You will communicate clearly and build strong partnerships to influence decision-making and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes. You will contribute as a subject matter expert to operational planning and risk management, supporting high-quality service delivery.

 

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines
  • Identify and mitigate risks by proactively addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned to business goals
  • Assess program performance using analytical reasoning, identify improvement opportunities, and implement data-driven optimizations
  • Champion agile methodologies and technical solutions to foster continuous learning and innovation
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to influence decisions and build strong partnerships

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Expertise in technical program management delivering complex technology projects within a large organization
  • Stakeholder management skills, including building productive relationships and influencing decisions across teams
  • Technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and ability to manage vendor relationships
  • Ability to manage resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in an agile environment
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills, breaking down objectives into actionable tasks
