You will lead a team of Worley and subcontractor workface planners, convert CWPs into IWPs, coordinate with schedulers and engineers, and ensure IWPs are released with no holds while upholding safety and quality. This is a full-time on-site two-year fixed-term contract with potential extension. Candidates should have senior construction planning experience, strong WFP knowledge, and proven leadership; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required, and O3 proficiency is essential. Lead Workface Planner North Wales – Site Based
Role Context
Worley are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Workface Planner to join our team on a 2 year fixed term contract with possible extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of construction projects using the O3 solution Workface Planning (WFP) tool. This role requires a deep understanding of construction processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team of Workface Planners and coordinating with multiple Construction Subcontractor’s WFP teams to maximise the efficiencies and productivity of their work crews.
