Bombardier is seeking a Leader, Methods in Québec to lead twenty salaried professionals and Technologists in the Methods group, owning HR, financial management and technology development for a multidisciplinary team. You will coordinate manufacturing support to production, oversee first article inspections and improvement projects, and define processes linking the department with external stakeholders while delivering excellent customer service. You will drive operational excellence initiatives and support continuous improvement across the unit. Requirements include a bachelor, MBA, or college diploma with aerospace experience, plus strong management skills, good judgment, flexibility, results orientation, and the ability to work with minimal supervision under tight deadlines; bilingual French/English; excellent communication and organizational skills. Not all skills required; apply if you are passionate. Onsite in CFG - Des Sources, Québec, with flexible and hybrid work when applicable.

What are your contributions to the team?
- Be responsible for planning, organizing, motivating and supervising the activities of twenty salaried and Technologists from our Methods groups.
- Assume all HR responsibilities of a multidisciplinary team, financial management and technology development department.
- Have to coordinate the manufacturing support to production teams.
- Be responsible of the first article inspection and improvement projects.
- Define and control the processes that link the department with external stakeholders and ensure you provide excellent customer service.
- Support initiatives related to the deployment of operational excellence in your department.
How to thrive in this role?
- You hold a bachelor degree or a MBA, or a college diploma with several years of experience working in a aerospace industry.
- You have excellent management skills.
- You demonstrate good judgment, flexibility, you are results oriented, able to work under minimum supervision and you observe tight delivery deadlines.
- You are resourceful and ready to work in a winning team.
- You demonstrate affinities in communication and leadership, in addition to your strong organizational skills and excellent technical knowledge,
- You are bilingual (French and English)
