Bombardier is seeking a Leader, Operations at the Dorval Completion Center, onsite, to supervise about 25 unionized employees and drive daily production, quality, safety and budget adherence. You will plan operations, monitor KPIs, resolve issues promptly, and lead continuous improvement through operational excellence while coaching your team and promoting a collaborative culture aligned with Bombardier values. The ideal candidate has a diploma in operations or a related field and 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a unionized manufacturing setting, with strong planning, managerial courage, and interpersonal skills; French fluency with bilingualism a plus; flexibility for shifts. Plan and supervise the activities and management of a team of approximately 25 unionized employees.
Be responsible for the operational processes of your sector by achieving and monitoring the production objectives.
Manage the budgets of your group and ensure the quality of the product.
Plan the daily operations of your sector and follow up on them.

You have a diploma in operations, production, or engineering management or a related field (aeronautics an asset).
You have 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a unionized manufacturing environment.
You have strong planning and organizational skills to ensure results are achieved.
You demonstrate managerial courage when managing personnel.
You have interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers, all levels of management team, and other departments.
You are motivated by a stimulating and fast changing environment.
You are proficient in French (bilingualism an asset).
You are flexible to work other shifts if required.
