Home Instead in Brighton, Hove and Shoreham is seeking a full‑time Learning and Development Manager to plan, deliver and evaluate training that equips Care Professionals to provide high quality, person centred care. You will lead induction, conduct competency assessments, deliver refresher programmes and identify development needs, monitor learning impact, and maintain training records in the LMS, while ensuring compliance with legislation and supporting office colleagues as part of the wider team, championing equality, diversity and inclusion. Essential: proven experience designing and delivering training in health and social care, LMS proficiency, relevant qualifications, excellent communication and coaching skills, and strong IT and teamwork.
