TWG is looking for a Learning Designer on a 12 month fixed term, onsite in Auckland, to join the Culture and Capability team and bring our people experience to life in a practical retail context. You’ll translate business needs into learner centred solutions, design and deliver learning initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to build capability for leaders and frontline teams, using Articulate 360 or similar tools to create engaging content. The ideal candidate will have strong instructional design and written communication skills, superb stakeholder engagement, and the ability to juggle multiple projects with energy and creativity. We’re now looking for a Learning Designer to join our Culture and Capability team and help bring our people experience to life. The team are all about making TWG the best place to work, by driving initiatives that grow capability, celebrating our people and building connection. 

Reporting into the Head of Culture and Capability, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to design learning that is simple, practical, compliant, and built for our retail environment helping leaders and teams build the skills that matter.

Qualifications

We’re after someone who is:

  • Experienced in designing and delivering learning or capability initiatives
  • Confident using tools such as Articulate 360 (or similar) to build engaging learning content
  • Strong instructional design and written communication skills
  • Able to translate business needs into practical, learner-focused solutions
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • A real team player who brings energy, a creative mindset, and a passion for people
