Our culture sets us apart
The role
As our Learning & Development Coordinator, you'll help deliver a great learning experience across Vector by owning the operational foundations that keep our learning programmes, systems and records running smoothly. The role combines responsibility for our e-learning environment with day-to-day learning operations, from workshop logistics and cohort coordination through to e-learning, reporting and training records.
This is an exciting development opportunity for someone early in their L&D or people-operations career who wants to take greater ownership of learning systems and operations. You'll help us get more value from HiBob Learning and our learning library, improve the processes and reporting that support learning across the business, and build expertise in how digital learning is designed, governed and delivered at Vector.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll coordinate learning activities, maintain learning records, respond to queries and ensure the details are followed through. You'll also support e-learning content owners to keep learning current and engaging, help improve the way our systems and processes work, and over time become a trusted point of contact for our e-learning environment and digital learning practices.
