YOUR TASKS

  • Administrative processing and updates of the training overview and SharePoint;
  • Managing the inbox distribution and coordinating training logistics;
  • Tracking attendance, managing materials, and registering trainers;
  • Handling inquiries about the training offering and ordering necessary supplies;
  • Planning and delivering training sessions;
  • Onboarding day: organizing, hosting, improving, and managing materials and welcome packages;
  • Onboarding for managers: coordinating training sessions delivered by HR Advisors (HRAs);
  • Maintaining relationships with trainers of ongoing internal and external training programs;
  • Supporting the development of new (E-) learning modules.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Ideal situation: Completed Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in Learning & Development or a related field;
  • Or: At least a completed vocational (MBO) degree combined with work experience in L&D or training (didactic knowledge);
  • Comfortable presenting to groups;
  • Creative and able to apply this creativity in developing training programs;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Dutch is a plus.
