A Taste of What You’ll Do
As a Legal Assistant at GALLO, you’ll play a critical role in keeping the Legal Department operating smoothly and efficiently. Working under limited supervision, you’ll take initiative to provide advanced administrative and general support to attorneys, paralegals, and senior leaders, helping ensure priorities move forward seamlessly. Your ability to anticipate needs, manage details, and maintain confidentiality will make you a trusted partner within the department.
In this role, you’ll manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and calls, and arrange travel and itineraries that keep leaders connected and prepared. You’ll support the preparation, proofreading, and finalization of legal documents and correspondence, while also maintaining electronic and hard‑copy filing systems that ensure information is accurate, organized, and accessible.
You’ll also contribute to the rhythm of the department by handling mail distribution, coordinating department events, maintaining subscriptions, ordering supplies, and supporting expense processing and reporting. From creating presentations to assisting with research using public data resources, your work will span a variety of responsibilities that directly support legal operations and business outcomes.
