You will support corporate and fund governance, fund formation and investor onboarding, post‑closing activities, KYC/AML, and contract management, partnering with Investment, Finance and Tax teams to keep transactions moving. The ideal candidate has 8+ years as a corporate or transactional paralegal in a top firm, VC/PE or corporate setting, with financial sector savvy, fluent English, and tech fluency in DocuSign, Legisway and Nexis Diligence. Team:

You will join our Legal, Risk & Compliance Team, currently consisting of the Chief Legal, Risk & Compliance Officer, a Deal counsel, a KYC/AML Manager, a Legal Counsel, a Senior Paralegal, and a Paralegal. The team reports directly to the Chief Legal, Risk & Compliance Officer.

About the Role:

As a Senior Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in our Legal, Risk & Compliance Team, working alongside our Investment teams, our Finance Team and our Tax Team to coordinate legal processes, manage documentation and ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

Corporate and Fund Governance:

• Manage entity incorporations, liquidations and statutory filings.
• Prepare and coordinate Board and shareholder meetings, draft minutes and resolutions.
• Liaise with notaries and external advisors to ensure accuracy and timely execution.

Transactions and Fund Support:

• Support fund formation processes and investor onboarding
• Assist investment teams with corporate approvals.
• Manage post-closing activities such as share transfers and document execution.
• Manager share and depositary receipt registers.
• Are in contact with our depositary, and our auditors.

KYC / AML Compliance:

• Conduct due diligence on investors and portfolio companies.
• Maintain and update structure charts and corporate documentation.
• Operate compliance tools and platforms (Nexis Diligence, Legisway etc).

Contracts and Legal Operations:

• Manage NDA’s, service agreements and vendor contracts.
• Maintain document repositories and digital signing systems (Docusign).
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and introduce efficiency tools.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

Experienced: 8+ years of legal experience as a corporate or transactional paralegal within a leading law firm, venture capital, private equity, investment fund, financial institution or multinational legal department

Financial Sector Savvy: Financial sector experience is a plus, especially for roles in private equity, venture capital, or compliance-heavy environments.

Collaborative and Relationship oriented: You can work independently, and you thrive in a team environment, treat colleagues as equals, and are not afraid to ask questions.

Proactive & Solution-Oriented: You have a can-do attitude. You take initiative, coordinate effectively, and drive matters to a result.  

Clear Communicator: You write and speak fluent English, and can explain complex legal concepts in an accessible way.

Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with legal technology and digital tools, for example DocuSign, Legisway, Nexis Diligence.
