Alaan is seeking a Legal Associate to join its Dubai based in‑house team, supporting the GCC expansion of a fast growing fintech. You’ll independently handle licensing, regulatory filings, corporate governance, and draft or review commercial agreements, vendor contracts and customer terms while collaborating with Product, Sales and Operations. The role offers ownership, equity, a flexible hybrid culture, and competitive pay in a Series A to B environment. Ideal candidates have 2 to 4 years’ experience in a top tier firm or in‑house, licensed in a common law jurisdiction, with fintech or financial services exposure, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and GCC familiarity or willingness to learn. To apply, tailor your CV to regulatory and product facing work, quantify contract impact, and write a focused cover letter explaining why Alaan’s mission resonates and how you would navigate GCC frameworks.
