Bayer seeks a seasoned Legal Counsel in Calgary to provide strategic local and global legal support, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, advise on pricing and marketing compliance, uphold Corporate Compliance Policy, and lead risk management and crisis response, coordinating with outside counsel on cross-border matters. The ideal candidate has 7 to 10 years in-house or private practice, is a member of the Canadian Bar with the intention to join the Alberta Bar, and combines sharp legal judgment with strong business acumen and the ability to work independently and on a team. Legal Counsel
We’re seeking a dedicated legal professional to join our team in providing essential legal services, corporate stewardship, and risk management support. In this role, you’ll contribute to our mission and help us uphold the standards at Bayer CropScience. You’ll be working with local, regional and global law colleagues and liaising with external counsel, customers, and professionals across all levels at Bayer CropScience.
