H&M Group is looking for a Legal Counsel for the Sales Market NL/BE/LUX in Amsterdam. You will ensure compliance with legal standards, draft and review contracts including leases, manage risks, and support decision making and governance across the Sales Market while guiding stakeholders on legal requirements. You will work with Sales Market Leadership, Controllers, Account Managers, Commercial and Expansion teams and Global Legal, staying up to date on local and global regulations and supporting tendering and dispute resolution. Requirements include a law degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience; leasing or real estate exposure is a plus, as is strong communication, risk assessment, and the ability to decide in ambiguity.
