Okta is hiring a Legal Technology Specialist to join the Legal Operations Team, reporting to the Director of Legal Systems and Technology. You will provide frontline support for the legal tech stack including CLM, eBilling, eDiscovery, and workflow automation, and assist with vendor selection, testing, and global rollouts. You’ll drive process optimization, support data driven insights, and lead user acceptance testing in partnership with TDI. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in legal operations or technical support, hands on experience with legal apps such as Conga CLM, and AI curiosity. Legal Technology Specialist
Okta is seeking a Legal Technology Specialist to join our Legal Operations Team, reporting to the Director of Legal Systems and Technology. In this role, you will be the frontline support for Okta’s legal tech stack, ensuring our systems run at peak performance. You will be an integral member of the team, supporting existing technology and executing on roadmaps that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
This is an opportunity to provide hands-on business support and process improvement while working cross-functionally with Legal, TDI (Technology Data & Intelligence), Finance, and Procurement. You will collaborate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to help implement world-class legal technology solutions in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Below is the annual salary range for candidates located in Canada. Your actual salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience.
