In these customer-focussed roles, you will be contributing to the day-to-day running of the frontline library service. You will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues and customers to enable a great experience. We want to be known for our outstanding customer service. You will be working closely with our local community through a range of programmes, from children's activities to supporting and/or delivering exciting learning programmes and activities that are driven by community need.
