We have an exciting opportunity for an ongoing Library Services Officer to join our team. This is your chance to step into a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you’ll support students and academics while playing a key role in enabling learning, teaching, and research across UQ.
As part of a collaborative and service-focused team, you’ll use your problem-solving skills, adaptability, and passion for delivering great service to enhance the library experience for our community. You’ll also contribute to the ongoing evolution of innovative, responsive library services.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing high-quality advice and support on library resources, systems, and services
Responding to enquiries and resolving issues, including basic IT support, escalating where needed
Supporting and mentoring colleagues, coordinating workflows, and assisting with small projects
Contributing to continuous improvement, including service enhancements and documentation

Relevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience with a strong record of service delivery
