ClassPass is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager for a 12-month fixed term in the UK, onsite, to turn a corporate wellness perk into everyday behavior. You’ll own the lifecycle roadmap from sign up to ongoing engagement, build end-to-end Braze campaigns, analyze sign-up trends and email metrics, run A/B tests, define KPIs, and translate data into clear recommendations. You’ll collaborate with Product, Account Management and B2B Marketing, exploring AI-driven improvements in automation and reporting. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in data-driven lifecycle or growth marketing, hands-on Braze experience, SQL and Excel skills, and a proven activation track record.
