Infinite Care is seeking a part-time Lifestyle Assistant at Knoxfield, a brand-new Melbourne care home, to work with nursing and resident engagement teams across AM, PM and Night shifts. This role centers on person-centred care, safety and lifestyle programming, with essential First Aid and CPR and either Certificate IV Leisure and Lifestyle (Certificate III also acceptable) plus NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain. Ideal candidates have about 1 year in aged care, strong communication, empathy, teamwork and a positive, confident personality to engage residents and run group activities.
