Jetstar’s NZ Engineering Team are at the forefront of delivering our superior safety standards. They are responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of our fleet of aircraft and customer aircraft, including completing all required maintenance that must be carried out on time and to approved standards to ensure they take to the skies safely. At every stage, all maintenance needs to be documented, detailed records maintained, with aircraft parts ordered and available at all times.

Earning potential
Jetstars’ Licensed Engineers in New Zealand have an earning potential of over NZ $200k annually (inclusive of allowances, shift penalties, overtime, and superannuation). New starters relocating for these vacancies may receive a generous relocation package, in which eligibility will be discussed throughout our recruitment process. We also provide world class training opportunities in order for our team to reach their ultimate earning potential.
