BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a full-time Licensed Nursing Assistant to provide hospice visits in Chittenden and Washington counties from Burlington, joining a 1:1 patient care model within a multidisciplinary team providing home health aide, skilled nursing and palliative care so clients can stay at home. Offer includes flexible schedules, pay from $22 to $26 per hour, weekly pay, and a strong benefits package with 401k match. BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Nurses Aide, LNA for a full-time opportunity to complete hospice visits to clients located throughout Chittenden and Washington counties. As a Home Health Aide, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides home health aide, skilled nursing and palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
