We are seeking a new colleague for a Logistics Administrative for Rotterdam Trading Office, located in Delft - The Netherlands

Job Description

In this role you will support our road transport operations for fresh and frozen meat products across the EU while ensuring reliable temperature-controlled deliveries and optimizing routes, costs and service levels.

• Operational- and Administrative support (including document flow)
• Plan and coordinate road transport shipments across EU
• Support the creation and follow-up of stock orders
• Monitor deliveries and respond to delays or disruptions in real time
• Ensure compliance with cold chain requirements and delivery timelines
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate shipment data in ERP systems
• Track basic KPIs (on-time delivery, cost, utilization)
• Assist in improving routes

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their logistics career who wants hands-on experience in food logistics and cold chain operations.

Qualifications

If you are....

• Communicatively proficient
• Proficient in administration and operations, including Office 365 (focus on Excel)
• Accurate and result oriented with commitment to service
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
• Available for a full-time contract (40 hours)
