Responsibilities

1. 根据客户需求及运输计划，协调运输供应商、仓库及客户，安排提货、配送及相关物流资源； 2. 跟踪车辆到仓、装货、运输及交付状态，确保运输任务按计划执行； 3. 负责客户订单运输及交付进度管理，确保货物及时、准确送达； 4. 对接仓库、运输供应商及客户，协调处理日常运营问题，保障业务顺利开展； 5. 跟踪并处理运输异常情况，包括延误、破损、短少、拒收等，及时推动问题解决并做好闭环管理； 6. 维护运输、仓储及交付相关数据，确保系统信息准确、完整、及时更新； 7. 收集、审核并归档签收回单（POD）、运输单据及相关运营资料； 8. 协助优化物流运营流程，提高运输效率、服务质量及客户满意度； 9. 支持物流项目实施及其他供应链相关工作。 1. Coordinate transportation providers, warehouses, and customers based on customer requirements and transportation plans to arrange pickups, deliveries, and related logistics resources. 2. Monitor vehicle arrivals, loading activities, transportation progress, and delivery status to ensure transportation operations are executed according to schedule. 3. Manage transportation and delivery progress for customer orders, ensuring goods are delivered accurately and on time. 4. Liaise with warehouses, transportation providers, and customers to coordinate and resolve daily operational issues, ensuring smooth business operations. 5. Track and handle transportation exceptions, including delays, damages, shortages, and delivery refusals. Drive timely resolution and ensure proper closure of issues. 6. Maintain transportation, warehousing, and delivery-related data, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner within relevant systems. 7. Collect, verify, and archive Proof of Delivery (POD), transportation documents, and other operational records. 8. Support the continuous improvement of logistics processes to enhance transportation efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction. 9. Assist in logistics projects and other supply chain-related initiatives as required.

Qualifications

1. 本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、国际贸易、工商管理等相关专业优先； 2. 具有1-3年物流、仓储、运输或供应链相关工作经验，有第三方物流（3PL）、货代或电商物流经验者优先； 3. 熟悉运输、仓储及订单履约流程，对物流行业有较强兴趣和理解； 4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够独立对接客户、仓库及运输供应商； 5. 工作认真细致，责任心强，具备较强的问题分析及解决能力； 6. 熟练使用Excel、Word、PowerPoint等办公软件，具备数据分析能力者优先； 7. 具备良好的中英文沟通能力，德语能力优先； 8. 持有德国驾照（B类）并具备实际驾驶经验者优先； 9. 具备较强的执行力和团队合作精神，能够适应快节奏工作环境。 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations. Experience with third-party logistics (3PL), freight forwarding, or e-commerce logistics is preferred. 3. Good understanding of transportation, warehousing, and order fulfillment processes, with a strong interest in the logistics industry. 4. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently with customers, warehouses, and transportation providers. 5. Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive, with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Data analysis skills are an advantage. 7. Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. German language skills are a plus. 8. Valid German Class B driver's license with practical driving experience is preferred. 9. Strong execution capability, teamwork spirit, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
