MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistics Analyst I to join our vehicle sustainment team in Lingenfeld, Germany.  The selected candidate will provide maintenance support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

*Important Note*: Selected candidates without an ACTIVE German/E.U. Work Visa will be required to work the first 60 days in a Temporary role while obtaining their Visa. Once an E.U. Work Visa is approved, then you will be offered a Full-Time German Contract. If accepted, then you will be subjected to paying German taxes, obtaining German Healthcare, and working within the guidelines of the German labor system.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyzing and coordinating the logistical functions.
  • Recording, maintaining, and initiating work order documentation for acquisition of component items from vendors.
  • Packing, shipping, receiving, and transportation of parts, items, and equipment.
  • Maintaining system baselines and documentation for inventory and requisition supplies.
  • Working with all stakeholders to ensure complete and functioning systems that meet all requirements.
  • Recommending, and when approved, implementing process and policy improvements.
  • Reporting to the Senior Logistician or Supply Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must obtain or already have an active Germany/E.U. Work VISA to be considered.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
    • 1+ years of experience in the use of Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS), GCSS-A or DOD equivalent to ensure military supply system proficiency and managing inventory and maintenance records without requiring basic software training.
  • Experience in receipt, accountability, and inventory of equipment and spare parts.
  • Experience in inventory and requisition supplies and maintaining stock of supplies and equipment.
  • Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening; must possess a Valid Driver’s License for the location in which the work will be performed, a High School Diploma or GED, and a Passport valid for at least one year beyond the start date.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with military or commercial logistics supply system as well as automated and manual supply systems and equipment serviceability standards and criteria.
  • Willingness to accept temporary US or OCONUS transfers to other assignments, if needed.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
  • Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
  • Must be able to work in high noise areas.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
  • Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
