YOUR TASKS

  • Calculate and call off transport capacity based on customer requirements in the B2B area;
  • Plan, coordinate, monitor, and handle (inter)national transports and making sure pick ups and store deliveries are on time;
  • Maintain operational contact with carriers and internal stakeholders regarding the status of shipments;
  • Trigger the unloading permit with customs, and check the documents of the arriving and leaving trucks;
  • Prepare various transport-related reports for both internal and external use;
  • Assign the right gate to the truck driver and break the seal of the container before unloading;
  • Make sure at end of day everything is shipped out;
  • In terms of export and customs matters, make sure all documents are prepared in time and added to the right order.


YOUR PROFILE

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and or Transport Coordination;
  • Available to work in a 2-shift system;
  • Experience with Transport Planning systems;
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Excel;
  • Experience in internal and external communication with different stakeholders;
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
