TE Connectivity is hiring for a Logistics / Dist Support role in Witham, England, a full-time onsite position within the Distribution & Logistics team. You’ll help manage the flow of goods and information from origin to customer, align internal functions, and pursue continuous improvement with clear KPI metrics for planning and performance. Daily tasks include keeping the main forklift aisle clear, accurate RF picking, ensuring system accuracy, timely material movement and good housekeeping, operating wave machines and pallet trucks, paperwork, incident reporting under EH&S guidelines, and contributing to 5S+1 and annual stock takes. Ideal candidates are organized, process-driven, collaborative, and ask questions when needed. SAP familiarity is a plus; relevant warehouse experience is preferred. Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Distribution & Logistics Teams manage the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements or internal business objectives. They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing, logistics, and outside suppliers. They also focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.

Job Requirements

  • Ensure that the main fork-lift aisle is keep clear from stock and pallets etc.
  • Ensure of correct picking of materials using RF Scanner
  • Follow Company processes on the relevant system to ensure system accuracy and integrity of items picked and delivered.
  • Ensure timely picking of materials and good housekeeping within the warehouse.
  • Use wave machines, powered pallet trucks, pallet trucks, trolleys and sack barrows for material movement.
  • File and process paperwork within the area in line with system requirements.
  • Incident reporting in line with company EH&S guidelines.
  • Maintain safe working practices supporting the companies 5S +1 initiative.
  • Involvement with annual stock taking.

Qualifications/Experience
