The role centers on transport planning to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries domestically and internationally, with duties in foreign trade compliance and driving continuous improvement through digitalisation and automation. You’ll gain exposure across Logistics and support cost reductions and sustainability. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication, numeracy, attention to detail, a structured approach, and resilience under pressure, plus a willingness to embrace change. A Logistics or Supply Chain qualification is preferred. One key focus for this role is to ensure that all transport planning tasks are completed to support the on-time delivery of products to customers, both domestically and internationally. This is a dynamic role, ideal for an individual who thrives on achieving top level customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Completing transport planning tasks to ensure on-time, in full, deliveries to customers.
2. Ensure all foreign trade activities are completed, and we adhere to compliance requirements
3. Support continuous improvement projects within the team with the view to improve processes, reduce costs and drive sustainability. This with a focus on digitalisation and automation.
As part of your apprenticeship you will also have the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement activities within other operational areas in Logistics.
