THE ICONIC is seeking a Loyalty Specialist to join the Sydney based Customer team on a full time onsite basis. You will own the Access Extra offers planner, build and run campaigns in Talon.One, monitor live activity and deliver performance reporting to optimise acquisition, retention, frequency and AOV while ensuring every offer aligns with program goals. The role requires 2–5 years in loyalty or CRM with end to end campaign experience, strong operational discipline and the ability to influence cross functional stakeholders. THE ICONIC is looking for a Loyalty Specialist to join our Customer team. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, collaborative self-starter to support the Loyalty Program Manager in delivering a high-performing loyalty program.
You’ll own the Access Extra offers planner, ensuring offers are aligned to program strategy, build and execute campaigns in Talon.One, and deliver clear performance reporting and insights. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate delivery and keep campaigns running smoothly.
